Aloha Chicken

The Record’s “Recipe of the Week”:
Aloha Chicken by Julie Morrison

5 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips or cubed
Dash of salt
1 cup frozen orange juice
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sesame oil

Lightly salt the chicken, then refrigerae for 30 minutes. Drain the chicken of any juices that have gathered. Combine the chicken with the other ingredients in a large slow cooker. Cover. Cook on low for 6 hours. Serve over rice. Makes 12 servings.
