Alyssa Gabrielle Ortlieb

Alyssa Gabrielle Ortlieb, 28, was born Dec. 30,1996 to Reverend David Ortlieb and Kerri Ortlieb in Springfield. She passed from this life on Sept. 3, 2025.
She is survived by her mother, Kerri Favrow; 10 siblings - Erica Willoughby, Austin Ortlieb, Tyler Favrow, Josiah Ortlieb, Makenna (Cody) Snow, Trenton Favrow, Elliana Favrow, Hudson Favrow, Jaxson Favrow and Emersyn Favrow; paternal grandmother, Colleen Ortlieb; maternal grandparents, Paul and Barbara Nicholson; aunts; uncle; cousins; niece; and numerous friends and family.
She is preceded in death by her father, David Ortlieb; siblings, Mariah and Jonah Ortlieb; and paternal grandfather, Reverend Roger Ortlieb.
Her life started out rough from day one when she had a stroke, maybe even before breathing her first breath. She endured numerous procedures, therapies, surgeries, treatments all to help her achieve even the simplest of tasks and the best life possible over the past 28 years.
She loved life. She started therapies at just six months through First Steps, then school at Ash Grove Early Childhood Special Education. She later graduated from Willard High School in 2016.  She played multiple sports Miracle League baseball, Sporting Chance bowling and track, Park Board swimming and bowling. Her vacation week each year was spent at Camp Barnabas.
Visitation was Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2025, from 6-8 p.m. at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home.
