Amy Marie Estes

Amy Marie Estes, 74, of Stotts City, passed away Nov. 28, 2018, at the Cassville Health Care and Rehabilitation Center in Cassville. She was born Feb. 13, 1944, in Rogersville, to Alonzo and Mary (Yandell) Robb.
Estes was a 1962 graduate of Rogersville High School. She was a member of the Mt. Vernon Lions Club and the First Baptist Church in Mt. Vernon. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, crocheting, quilting, and loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren. In 1971, she married Junior L. Estes in Rogersville; he surives.
Estes is survived by: daughter, Jimalea Barnett, of Stotts City; sons, Charlie Estes of Stotts City and Christopher (Roxanna) Estes of Miller; sisters, Florence Claxton and Bonnie Combs of Rogersville; brothers, Don (Peggy) Robb and Johnny (Dessie) Robb all of Rogersville and Bert (Hazel) Robb of Okla.; 13 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents Estes was preceded in death by: first husband, James Bryant; second husband, Obe Everett and one great-grandson.
A celebration of life was held at 11 a.m. Dec. 5, 2018, at the American Legion in Miller. Burial will be held at a later date at the Misemer Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon. Memorials may be made payable to the family to help with expenses in care of the funeral home.
