Angela Lou Brown

Angela Lou Brown, 56, of Miller, passed away May 4, 2020, at her home. She was born Aug. 17, 1963, in Aurora, to Carl and Elsie (Pearson) Brown. She was a waitress at Hood’s Restaurant at Bois D’Arc.
She is survived by her significant other, Richard Wilson of Miller; sons, Mathew Miller and Nicholas Miller both of Springfield; daughter, Alica Miller of Springfield; 12 grandchildren all of Springfield; step-sons, Daniel Wilson of Miller and Christopher Wilson and his fiancée, Larra Kubinski, of Clever; two step-grandsons; sister, Denia Brown of Aurora; brothers, Leon Brown and Cecil (Mary) Brown all of Aurora; mother and father-in-law, Linda and Bob Forester of Aurora; and her furbabies. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Elsie and brothers, Danny Brown and Arie Brown.
In light of the concerns and restrictions placed on group gatherings due to COVID-19, there will be a private family burial at the Misemer Cemetery, under the direction of the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon.
