Arvest Bank donates $1,000 to Aurora Bright Futures program for school supplies

Tuesday, May 30, Bright Futures Aurora received a donation from Arvest Bank in the amount of $1,000. The donation is set to be used for school supplies for back to school for the 2023-2024 school year.  Ashley Kennedy, Bright Futures Coordinator, said she had reached out requesting assistance from businesses in the community to assist with purchasing some school supplies for next year and Arvest stepped up big.
Bright Futures is a program designed to bring communities together with a common purpose, to give every child a chance at success. Through donations they are able to get students the supplies and tools needed for success as well as offer scholarships to further educational advancement for qualifying high school seniors wishing to further their academic careers.
