I’ll be home for Christmas event hosts 55 vendors

The I'll be Home for Christmas festival in Aurora, hosted by the Garden Exchange, was held on Madison Street off the city square, as well as the parking lot of Modern Variety, on Saturday, Nov. 26. The event was attended by 55 vendors, and it also included 25 free activities for children, including a petting zoo, horse and pony rides, bounce houses, carriage rides, face painting and visits with Santa. There was also live music and a tree lighting ceremony. Hannah Rader, co-owner of the Garden Exchange, said they named the event "I'll be Home for Christmas" because "we wanted the town to want to be home for Christmas."
