Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites

The Record’s “Recipe of the Week”:
Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites by Marsha Chapman

10 pieces of bacon, cut into thirds
1-1/2 lbs. chicken, cut into 1” cubes
1 cup ketchup
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. spicy mustard (you can use yellow mustard if you prefer)
3 T. brown sugar

Preheat oven to 375°.

Wrap the bacon pieces around the chicken cubes and secure with a toothpick. Lay them on a large cookie sheet lined with foil. Set aside.

In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and brown sugar. Use a basting brush to coat the chicken on both sides with the ketchup mixture. Place them into the oven and back for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and flip them over. Baste them again with more sauce. Return to the oven for another 10-20 minutes or until brown and the sauce is nice and gooey.

Let cool for 5 minutes.
