Barbara Diane Emerson

Barbara Diane Emerson, 64, of Aurora, passed away June 13, 2019, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield. She was born Nov. 11, 1954, in Monett to the late Elijah and Sylvia (Moore) Killman.
Emerson was a 1973 graduate of Aurora High School, was a homemaker and a member of the New Dawn United Pentecostal Church in Aurora.
Emerson is survived by: daughter, Crystal (David) Emerson-Rangel of Wichita, Kan.; sons, Andrew Emerson of Joplin and Travis Emerson of Wichita, Kan.; sister, Eva Johnson of Springfield; four brothers, Rick Killman of Crane, Mike (Luan) Killman of Willard, Dennis (Debbie) Killman of Lovington, Ill. and Dwayne (Kary) Killman of Towanda, Kan.; one granddaughter; four grandsons and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service under the direction of the Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home in Aurora was held June 18, 2019, at the New Dawn United Pentecostal Church in Aurora.  Burial followed at the Spring River Cemetery in Verona. Online condolences may be shared at www.CraftonCantrellFuneralHome.com.
