Barbara Jean Robertson

Barbara Jean Robertson, 88, passed away Feb. 14, 2019, at her home. Robertson was born June 11, 1930, in Aurora, to Eldon and Nellie “Frey” Asher.
She was a homemaker and was a member of the First Baptist Church. She had been an Eastern Star member for over 50 years of the Eminence chapter #93.  In 1956, she married William L. Robertson; he preceded her in death in 1980.
Robertson is survived by: daughter, Sharon Bowles and sister Gay Briles. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; son, William Robertson Jr.; and sisters Ann Lee, Shirley Haralson and Gladys Asher.
Graveside services were held Feb. 19, 2019 at Park Cemetery. Visitation was Feb. 18, at Ulmer Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at ulmerfh.com. Arrangements were under the direction of Ulmer Funeral Home.
