BONNIE "DARLENE" (MAGGARD) KENNON

Bonnie "Darlene" (Maggard) Kennon, 57 of La Russell passed away in Joplin on Oct. 2. She was born in Aurora on Dec. 20, 1964 to Anna (Boggs) and Edman Maggard. She attended Vatterott and earned a vocational degree in secretarial work.
On May 27, 1995, she married Michael Kennon. She had three children from a previous marriage with Louis Nowell; Betty, Sheresa, and Wesley.
She was preceded in death by her father, her brother Mark, and her sister Sarah.
She is survived by her mother Anna Maggard of La Russel, her husband Michael Kennon of La Russell, one son, Wesley Nowell and wife Myranda of Vermillion, S.D., two daughters; Betty Hughey of Sarcoxie, and Sheresa Wendleton and husband Ronald of La Russell; sixteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers; Keith Maggard and wife Vera, and Paul Maggard, and one sister, Pamela Ruble and husband Rob.
Family held memorial services will be held at Grace Pointe Assembly of God, 1605 S Baker Blvd, Carthage, MO 64836 on Saturday, Oct. 8 at 10 am. Memorial donations may be made c/o Bonnie Darlene Kennon to Crosslines Ministries-Carthage.
