CAROL ANN COFFEY

Carol Ann Coffey, 66, of Sarcoxie passed away on Monday, Feb. 3, 2025. She was born in Brush, Colo. on Nov. 24, 1958; the daughter of Estelle Spikes.
She married Jimmie Lee Coffey, in Denver, Colo. and they remained together until he passed away on on Dec. 28, 2019.
She and her husband, Jimmie owned and operator Interactive Resources in Colorado. She was a member of St. Susanne’s Catholic Church in Mt. Vernon and was a huge animal lover.
She is survived by her daughter, Joanne Bradstreet of Mt. Vernon; three sons: Louis (Brandy Matthews) Coffey of Mt. Vernon, Joseph Simpson of Sarcoxie and Jackie Simpson of Pueblo, Colo.; 10 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her mother and her husband, Jimmie.
No services are planned at this time and burial will be held at a later date at Imperial Memorial Gardens in Pueblo, Colo.  
Arrangements are under the direction of Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon.
