Carol K. Marlett

Carol K. Marlett,76, of Rochester, N.Y. passed away June 22, 2019.
Marlett lived in Mt. Vernon and rural Stotts City where she and Jim built a solar, underground house that faced “the wrong side of the road.” She worked for the Mt. Vernon R-5 School district as a paraprofessional for many years and was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Mt. Vernon.
She is survived by children, Jeffrey (Roseann) Marlett and Jennifer Marlett; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, James Marlett. Care has been entrusted to Doser Funeral Home of Fairport, N.Y. Online condolences may be shared at www.doserfuneralhome.com.
