Carroll Barnes

Carroll Barnes, 80, of Sacramento, Calif., passed away Aug. 5, 2019, surrounded by loved ones.
Barnes was a Mt. Vernon native and graduated from Mt. Vernon High School in 1957.
 He is survived by: his wife of 62 years, Patty; children, Kevin, Jeffrey and Sandra, their spouses and six grandchildren.
