Cecil Settle, 84, of Pearland, Texas, formerly of Mt. Vernon, passed away.
A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday Sept. 21, 2019 at the Ozark Prairie Presbyterian Church, northeast of Mt. Vernon.
