Chandler “Paul” Ash

Chandler “Paul” Ash, 86, of Aurora passed away Friday, January 18, 2019 in his daughter’s home.
He was born to Marion and Monnie Holloway Ash on November 22, 1932 in Star City, MO.  He retired from the U.S. Navy as a radar technician specialist.
Survivors include one son, Max Ash and wife, Lynda of Maco, CO.;  four daughters, P.J. Graham and husband, Ed of Aurora, MO., Monnie Flom and husband, Larry of Marionville, MO., Debbie Gervais and husband, David of Galena, MO. and Laurie Wright and husband, Rick of Dillon, MT.; two sisters, Ruth Stoddard of Aurora, MO. and Wilma Brown of Derby, KS.; 15 grandchildren and a multitude of great and great-great-grandchildren and many step-children and step-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife Jean and his second wife, Nellie and one son, Scotty Lee Ash.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 26 at 2:00 p.m. in the Peterson Funeral Chapel.  Burial will follow in Log Church Cemetery near Butterfield with full military honors. A gathering will be held in the Log Church Reception room following the graveside.
Visitation will be held Friday from 4-8 p.m. in the funeral home.
