Coca-Cola Pork Chops

The Record’s “Recipe of the Week”:
Coca-Cola Pork Chops by Marie Miles

8 pork chops
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup ketchup
1 cup Coca-Cola
Brown sugar

Place the pork chops in a baking pan. Season with the salt and pepper to taste. Mix the ketchup and Coca-Cola and pour over the pork chops. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour or until the pork chops are tender.
