Connie Dee Cleek

Connie Dee Cleek, 65, of Aurora, passed away May 18, 2020, at her home. She was born Oct. 7, 1954, in Buckner, to Edward and Mary (Washburn) Staggs. She worked at the Aurora Hospital as a nurse. In 1982, she married Bill Cleek in Camdenton.
Cleek is survived by: husband of 38 years, Bill; son, Scott (Becky) Mountjoy of Kansas City; daughters, Callie Swank of Prairie Village, Kan., Elizabeth (Chris) Mooneyham of Republic and Tessa (Eric) Peebles of Nixa; one brother, Phil (Cathy) Staggs of Kansas City; sister, Jan Gibb of Harrisonville; and 10 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Cathy Dziadosz and brother-in-law, Danny Gibb.
