DANNY LEE EVANS

Danny Lee Evans, 60, of Miller, Missouri went on to be with our lord and savior on Wednesday, March 15, 2023. He was born January 20, 1963, in Springfield, Missouri, the son of the late Wayne Burgess and Pauline Lola (Elkins) Evans.
Danny was a 1981 graduate of Miller High School and had worked for Harry Cooper Supply Company in Springfield, Missouri, for 27 years. His hobbies included watching Nascar and football, going fishing, shooting guns, gaming, watching movies and spending time with his friends and family.
On November 24, 2018, he married Liyun Lu, in Miller, Missouri.
Danny is survived by his wife, Liyun Lu, of Springfield, Missouri; one daughter, Megan Evans, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri; one son, Jordan (Kelsy) Evans of Republic, Missouri; two grandchildren, Lane Rainwater and Sophia Orr and one stepson, Tianyu Gu of Springfield, Missouri.
A visitation will be held from 5:00-6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home, in Mt. Vernon with a celebration of Danny’s life to follow at 6:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. A private family burial will be held at the Miller Memorial Gardens in Miller, Missouri.
