David Jacob Ford

David Jacob Ford, 30, of Verona, passed away May 4, 2020, at his home. He was born Oct. 19, 1989, in Kansas City, to David Scott Ford and Debbie (Nichols) Hill. He was a 2008 graduate of Odessa High School in Odessa and worked in construction.
Ford is survived by: his longtime girlfriend, Regain Turnbull; his mother and stepfather, Debbie (Monte) Hill, of Mayview; son, Wyatt Ford of Odessa; brothers, Jeremiah Hill of Oak Grove, David Ford of Belton and Luke Ford, of Kansas City; sisters, Hannah Hill of Lee’s Summit, Haley Hill of Albany and Katie Davis of Kansas City; step-mother, Lisa Ford of Lone Jack; step-sister, Alyssa Marie of Lone Jack; paternal step-grandparents, Barb and Reg Hill of Oak Grove; maternal grandparents, Jean and Bill Weber of Independence; maternal grandfather, Bill Nichols of Mission, Kan.; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, David Scott Ford and paternal grandparents, Robert and Margie Ford.
