David Nivens

David Nivens, 60, passed away April 12, 2020 in Joplin. Nivens was born June 22, 1959 in St. Louis, to Hugh Nivens and Leslie (Reagor) Nivens. He was a lifetime Southwest Missouri resident and worked as an IT technician for Mercy Hospital of Carthage. He married Leisa Bray Nov. 3, 1979 at Round Grove Baptist Church in Miller; she survives.
Nivens is survived by: son, Brandon (Marlena) Nivens of Pittsburg Kan.; one grandson; sister, Sheri (Ken) Slater of Kansas City; and numerous nieces and nephews.
