Miller R-2’s class of 2020 commencement complete as new school year just weeks away

Rainy weather took a turn for the better and allowed the Miller High School class of 2020 to hold their much anticipated graduation outdoors on the football field Friday, July 31.
Having the event outdoors allowed for more to attend, due to social distancing needs. At 7 p.m., all 45 students, four were not in attendance, were finally allowed to walk across the stage and receive their much deserved diplomas. A total of $810,000 dollars in scholarships was awarded to students in the graduating class.
