Earl David Seitz

Earl David Seitz, 80, of Verona, passed away March 9, 2019, at the Mercy Hospital in Aurora. He was born June 10, 1938, to John and Cordia Mae (Davis) Seitz. Seitz was a United States Army veteran and a truck driver for American Farm Lines. In 1969, he married Nancy Louise Pruente; she preceded him in death in 2013.
Seitz is survived by: daughters, Jennifer Seitz (Eric) Figueroa of Aurora and Amy Blevins (Mike) Ingold of Oak Grove; son, David Seitz of Lewisville, Texas; eight grandchildren; brother, Junior (Nollie) Seitz, of Springfield; sisters, Jessie Wilcock of Mt. Vernon, Pearl (Larry) Arnold of Calif., Mary McCann of Springfield and Joann Huse and her husband, Denver of Mt. Vernon. He was preceded in death by: his parents; his wife; brothers, Joe and Gerald Seitz;  and sisters, Maxine Garoutte, Emileen Seitz and Adine Evans.
A visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2019, at the Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home in Aurora with a funeral service to follow at 11 a.m.  Burial will follow at the Spring River Cemetery in Verona. Online condolences may be shared at www.CraftonCantrellFunralHome.com.
