Earl David Seitz

Earl David Seitz, 80, of Verona, passed away March 9, 2019, at the Mercy Hospital in Aurora. He was born June 10, 1938, in Cassville, to John and Cordia Mae (Davis) Seitz. Seitz was a United State Army veteran and a truck driver for American Farm Lines. In 1969, he married Nancy Louise Pruente, in Aurora; she preceded him in death in 2013.
Seitz is survived by: daughters, Jennifer Seitz (Eric) Figueroa of Aurora and Amy Blevins (Mike) Ingold of Oak Grove; son, David Seitz of Lewisville, Texas; brother, Junior (Nollie) Seitz, of Springfield; sisters, Jessie Willcock of Mt. Vernon, Pearl (Larry) Arnold of California, Mary McCann of Springfield and Joann (Denver) Huse of Mt. Vernon; eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by: his parents; his wife; brothers, Joe and Gerald Seitz; and sisters, Maxine Garoutte, Emileen Seitz and Adine Evans.
A visitation was held from 10-1 a.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2019, at the Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home in Aurora with a funeral service following at 11 a.m. Burial followed at the Spring River Cemetery in Verona. Online condolences may be shared at www.CraftonCantrellFunralHome.com.
