El Maya Mexican Grill opens

El Maya Mexican Grill opened on the Mt. Vernon square Friday, May 3. Located just west of the courthouse, El Maya features an extensive menu with several different lunch and dinner options, including fajitas, burritos, chimichangas and enchiladas, among many other items. Hours are from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Sundays through Thursdays, and 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays.
