EZ Bake Apples

The Record’s “Recipe of the Week”:
EZ Bake Apples by Mike Rodrock

6 to 8 medium apples
Granulated sugar
Pancake syrup
Cinnamon

Peel, core, and slice the apples. Place in a mixing bowl and cover with sugar. Pour pancake syrup over to cover entirely. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. Mix well with a spoon. Let rest for 15 minutes. Pour into a baking dish, cover, and back for 1 hour at 350°.
