Forgotten Chocolate Chip Cookies

The Record’s “Recipe of the Week”:
Forgotten Chocolate Chip Cookies by Barbara Grier

2 egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°.

In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until frothy and gradually add the sugar. Beat until stiff. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and place in the oven.

Turn off the heat and don’t open the door! Forget the cookies until the next day!
