Four Bean Casserole

The Record’s “Recipe of the Week”:
Four Bean Casserole by Phyllis Goodman

1 can red beans, drained
1 can butter beans
1 can kidney beans, drained
2 cans pork and beans
1 to 1-1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup ketchup
1 lb. hamburger
6 strips bacon or 1/4 cup bacon bits
1 small onion, diced

Brown the hamburger, onion, and bacon. Add to a casserole dish. Add all remaining ingredients. Stir.

May microwave for 15 minutes, uncovered, on high. May bake in conventional oven for 30 minutes at 350°, uncovered.
