Herb Roasted Chicken Skillet

The Record’s “Recipe of the Week”:
Herb Roasted Chicken Skillet by Evalina Brown

1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground sage
1 tsp. crushed dried thyme leaves
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Vegetable cooking spray
1 can Campbell’s Healthy Request cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water
4 cups hot cooked rice, cooked with no salt

Sprinkle the garlic powder, sage, and thyme over the chicken. Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat for one minute. Cook chicken 15 minutes or until browned and done. Remove and keep warm.

Add the soup and water to the skillet and heat through. Serve over the chicken and rice. Serves four.
