Ila Ruth Allee

Ila Ruth Allee, 68, passed away Oct. 17, 2019 in Tulsa, Okla. She was born June 14, 1951 in Aurora, to Albert and Virginia (Lear) Tettenhorst. She was an Aurora High School graduate. She has lived in the Broken Arrow area since 1976 and made a career as a job coach for many individuals challenged with physical and mental disabilities.
She is survived by: daughters, Cathi Michelle (Chris) Hagins of Coweta, Okla. and Casey Lynn (Robert Rivers) Allee of Broken Arrow, Okla.; sister, Ruby Vincent of Aurora; one granddaughter; her dog Petey; and many friends.
 A celebration of life was held at Life Church’s (north campus) in Broken Arrow Oct. 24, 2019 from 5-6:30 p.m. She was preceded in death by her parents Albert and Virginia; brother, Johnny Paul Tettenhorst. A graveside service was held at Orange Cemetery in Aurora. Memorials may be made to Orange Cemetery 15743 Hwy K, Aurora Mo. 65605.
