James Carl Miller

James Carl Miller, 73, of Monett passed away Feb. 6, 2021 while at Cox South in Springfield. He was born in Monett on Jan. 3, 1948 the son of the late Carl and Edna (Sass) Miller. He was united in marriage on Aug. 4, 1978 to Sharon Yates she preceded him in death on Nov. 20, 2020.
He was a farmer and a member of the Chapel of Grace Church in Monett.
He is survived by son, Alan Miller of Monett; sister, Helen Kennedy of Denver, Colo. and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife and brother, Earl Miller.
Visitation was held Feb. 11, 2021 at the Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home in Monett. Graveside services were held Feb. 12, 2021 at the Purdy Cemetery in Purdy.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home in Monett.
