Joyce Janet Jenkins

Joyce Janet Jenkins, 76, of Aurora, passed away March 3, 2020 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield. She was born to Orville and Clarice Shoemaker Baldwin in 1944 in Verona. She was a retired seamstress for a garment factory and a homemaker.
Survivors include: sons, Jeff (Tammy) Jenkins of Verona, Rod (Denise) Jenkins of Aurora, Rocky (Sherri) Jenkins of Aurora, Heath (Kyla) Jenkins of Monett and Jason Jenkins of Hurley; daughter, Rhonda (Mark) Eaves; sisters, Velma Clevenger of Branson and Paula Hilton of Aurora; 17 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by: her parents; husband, Harold Jenkins; brothers, Don, Jim and Lynn Baldwin; sister, Pat Spain; and one grandson.
Funeral services were held March 7 at 2 p.m. in the Peterson Funeral Chapel. Burial followed in Nolan Cemetery near Galena. Memorials may be made to the Missouri Council of the Blind in care of the funeral home.
