Keith Wallace Estep

Keith Wallace Estep, of Greenfield, passed away May 17, 2019, at the Good Shepherd Community Care and Rehabilitation Facility in Lockwood, just one month shy of his 90th birthday.
He was born June 17, 1929, in Miller, to Jack and Alma Estep. Estep graduated from Greenfield High School in 1948. He joined the U.S. Marine Corps in 1951, and served during the Korean War for which he received a national defense service medal. Estep left active duty, and served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve for eight years. He joined the United States Postal Service. He retired in 1984, after 32 years of service.
 He devoted his life as a caretaker for his parents. He was an avid reader and bird watcher. He also enjoyed conversations with just about anyone who would engage him.
 He is survived by his nieces, Becky Moore and Sandy Divine; one nephew, Jack Estep; his sister-in-law, Bessie Estep; and a host of great-nieces and nephews. Estep was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Hal Estep, Clyde Estep, and Raymond “Goober” Estep.
Memorial services were held at 10 a.m. May 28, 2019, in Miller Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the Good Shepherd Community Care and Rehabilitation Facility or to Hospice Compassus.
