Lois Marie Mounce

Lois Marie Mounce, 90, of Cassville, passed away Sept. 18, 2018, at Aurora Nursing Center in Aurora.
She was born June 30, 1928, in Grandview, Ark. to Houston and Cloe M. (Rhoden) Cloud. In 1947, she was married to Paul J. Mounce, who preceded her in death in 1993.
She grew up in Ark. and graduated from high school at West Pleasant Ridge in Berryville. Most of her adult life was spent in Missouri. For several years she worked at a garment factory, and for14 years was a foster grandparent at Cassville School. She was a member of Mineral Springs Baptist Church in Cassville.
Surviving are: son Paul Danny (Patricia) Mounce of Cassville; daughters Wanda (Dave) Crim of Springfield and Paula (Bill) Kunkel of DeKalb, Ill.; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her parents and two sisters.
Services were held Sept. 21, 2018, at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Burial was at Crane Community Cemetery
