Using a boom lift donated by Brad’s True Value, Mt. Vernon Community Garden president Kenny Aughe, decorates a large Christmas tree— donated by the Reyelts family—on the Mt. Vernon square Monday afternoon. The lights were donated by Mt. Vernon Community Betterment, and the ornaments donated by the Hope Center. Mt. Vernon Christmas on the Square shirts and hoodies are available at Screen Masters for anyone feeling that festive spirit. In place of the annual Mt.
