Margaret Ann Byler

Margaret Ann Byler, 69, of Carl Junction, passed away Jan. 13, 2019, at Freeman West after a sudden illness. Byler was born March 15, 1949, in Monett, to the late Joseph Droska and Mary L. Meaher Droska of Carl Junction. She graduated from McCauley High School, and married Larry D. Byler in 1969, at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Sarcoxie. She worked for nearly 30 years in child care with the Lafayette House of Joplin as a coordinator. She was a devoted wife, mother, and loved taking care of children.
Survivors include: her husband; son, Christopher Scott (Shani) Byler of Carl Junction; her mother, of Carl Junction; sister, Mary (Dale) Ward of Joplin; brother, John (Regina) Droska of St. Louis; and a host of family. In addition to her father, Margaret was preceded in death by a brother, James Michael Droska.
Memorial services were held Jan. 17, 2019, at 10 a.m. in Parker Mortuary Chapel.
