Miller woman killed on I-44

Demitra R. Montz, 45, of Miller was killed when the 2016 Lexus RX350 she was driving left the roadway on I-44 and overturned at 1:17 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 12. Montz was traveling westbound at the Mt. Vernon I-44 off ramp when the incident occurred. Montz was not wearing a seatbelt and the vehicle was totaled.
