A.T. Urban was the low bidder for the project with a base bid of $333,903.00, and alternative bid for Williams Creek Driveway at an additional $40,014.00 for a total of $373,917.00. The city received a total of seven bids for the project. Urban is $19,126.00 over that amount. Anderson also stated that if the board chooses to award A.T. It was not immediately clear if the board was also awarding A.T. Urban the alternative bid for Williams Creek Driveway.
