Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownie Pie

The Record’s “Recipe of the Week”:
Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownie Pie by Bonnie Tennis

1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup peanut butter and milk chocolate chips
1 ready-to-use chocolate crumb pie shell

In a small bowl, combine the cocoa, flour, and salt.

Beat the eggs and vanilla in another small bowl. Blend in the sugar and butter. Add the cocoa mixture and blend well. Stir in the chips.

Place the crust on a baking sheet. Pour the batter into the crust and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack. Serve warm with ice cream. Also good cold. Very rich.
