Potato Casserole

The Record’s “Recipe of the Week”:
Potato Casserole by Laura Jean Vacker

5 lbs. potatoes
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 large container French onion dip
1 stick real butter
1 pkg. shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 350°. Peel and cook the potatoes. Drain the potatoes. Mash the potatoes. Add the rest of the ingredients except the cheese. Transfer to a casserole dish. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake until the cheese melts.
