Raul Meza Hernandez

Raul Meza Hernandez, 23, of Monett, passed away Aug. 5, 2019, while at Cox South Hospital in Springfield.  
Hernandez was born on Sept. 22, 1995 in Joplin, son of Claudio Alonso Meza and Rosalinda Meza Hernandez. Throughout his life, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Hernandez is survived by: his parents; brothers, Alonso Meza Hernandez and Aaron Meza; sister, Jasmine Meza; his paternal grandparents, Zenon Meza and Maria Isabel Dominguez; maternal grandparents, Jose Hernandez and Maria Samudio; several aunts and uncles; along with a host of family.
Rosary was held Aug. 6, 2019, at Buchanan Funeral Home, Monett. Funeral Mass was held Aug. 7, 2019 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Monett. Graveside services followed at Mt. Calvary Cemeter in Monett. Arrangements were under the personal care and direction of Buchanan Funeral Home in Monett.
