Rhonda Kay Mettlach

Rhonda Kay Mettlach, 49, of Pierce City passed away Jan. 21, 2021 at Bentonview Park Health and Rehab in Monett. She was born in Monett Oct. 9, 1971 the daughter of Jerry and Reta (Harris) Pearce. She graduated from Pierce City High School in 1990 where she was active in the FFA. She was a member of the Pierce City Saddle Club. She was the head cook at the Monett Senior Citizen’s Center for many years.
Surviving are her parents; daughters, Brandi (Gary) Goodson of Carl Junction and Ashlie Mettlach of Pierce City; brothers, Stan (Mendy) Pearce of Monett, David Green of Pierce City and Gary Pearce of Joplin; sisters, Sharon Cleveland of Joplin, Terri (Kevin) Lucas of Rogersville and Susan Pearce of Monett and seven grandchildren.
The family received friends at First Baptist Church in Pierce City Jan. 25, 2021. Funeral Services were held at First Baptist Church in Pierce City Jan. 26, 2021. Burial followed at Berwick Cemetery near Pierce City.
Memorials may be made to Fir Road Christian Church in Carl Junction in care of the funeral home.
