Richard Wayne Waters

Richard Wayne Waters, 74, of St. Louis passed away April 10, 2021 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
He was born to Bud and Mae Rockwell Waters on Dec. 24, 1946 in Long Beach, Calif. He was a retired upholsterer.
Survivors include sisters, Glorry Oetker of Aurora and Patricia Minegar of Middlebury, Ind.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Sunny, Tommy, Michael and David Waters and sisters, Janet Schneider, Debbie Smith, Diane Hiles and Barbara Kaut.
Funeral services were held April 17 in the New Dawn United Pentecostal Church under the care of Peterson Funeral Chapel. Burial followed in the Marionville IOOF Cemetery.
Visitation was held Saturday until service time in the church.
