Rinker reaches final chapter at Mt. Vernon Library

More than 100 people turned out at the Mt. Vernon Library for the retirement party of longtime library supervisor Cindy Rinker. Rinker had been with the library for 20 years, and was honored with a proclamation from State Representative Mitch Boggs, Dist. 157.
