SHARON RUTH WISHON

Sharon Ruth Wishon, 86, of Aurora, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 9 at Mount Vernon Place Care in Mt. Vernon. She was born Aug. 3, 1936 in Elsey, the daughter of Benjamin Harrison and Minnie (Ellis) Watkins.
She married Edwin Carl Wishon on Oct. 9, 1954.
She is survived by her two sons, Dan Wishon, and Frank Wishon; one daughter, Kathy Matthews; eight grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband Carl; parents; son John Wishon; four brothers; seven sisters and one grandchild.
A visitation was held on Sunday, Nov.13, at Peterson Funeral Chapel. Graveside services were held Monday, Nov. 14 at Maple Park Cemetery in Aurora under the care of Peterson Funeral Chapel.
