Spiced Mocha Latte

The Record’s “Recipe of the Week”:
Spiced Mocha Latte by Valerie Washam

1 cup (6 oz.) Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate chunks
2 cups half & half
1-1/2 cups water
1 cup milk
3 T. instant espresso or instant dark roasted coffee
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Sweetened whipped cream

Bring the chocolate chunks, half & half, water, and milk to a gentle boil in a large saucepan over medium heat, whisking constantly, until the chocolate melts. Whisk in the espressor, vanilla, and cinnamon. Serve immediately with sweetened whipped cream.
