Spicy Sausage Balls

The Record’s “Recipe of the Week”:
Spicy Sausage Balls by Michael Miller

2-1/2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
12 oz. pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. Oldham’s hot sausage
1 tsp. dry red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup milk
Black pepper (optional)

Mix ingredients until moist. Form into small balls. Bake at 350° for approximately 10 minutes.
