Troy Lee Berry, 57, of Exeter, passed away April 7, 2019 at his home.
He was born May 26, 1961 in Aurora, to Delmar and Betty (DeLong) Berry. In 2014 he married Donna Gilbert, who survives.
Berry grew up and received his education in Cassville where he graduated from high school in 1979. He was a life-long resident of Barry County. Throughout his life he had worked various jobs, including EFCO Corporation and Tysons. Most recently he was self-employed managing his rental property. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Exeter.
He is also survived by: daughters, Sabrina (Brandon) Hancock of Aurora and Sevanna Berry of Exeter; brothers, James (Rose) Berry of Cassville, Walter (Sherry) Berry of Exeter, Ray Berry of Galena and Emmanuel (Dianna) Berry of Purdy; sisters, Louise (Robert) Moore of Butterfield, Betty (Johnny) Cotton of Gateway, Ark. Ruby (David) Orr of Cassville, Wilma (John) Hile of Cassville, Naomi (Allen) Truesdell of Odessa and Florine (Jimmy) Cotton of Cassville; and four grandchildren. Preceding him in death were his parents and brothers, Delmar “Gene” Berry and Johnny Jacob Berry.
Services were held April 12, 2019 at First Baptist Church in Exeter, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Burial was at Clio Cemetery in Jenkins.
