Vicki (Shockley) Kizer

Vicki (Shockley) Kizer, 71, of Mt. Vernon, passed away, June 17, 2019, at her home with her daughter at her side.
She is survived by: daughter Chandra; one grandson; and brother, Phil Shockley. Kizer was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Edward Kizer.
