William (Bill) C. Dennison

William (Bill) C. Dennison, 86, passed away Feb. 21, 2019, at the Veterans Home, in Mt. Vernon.
Dennison was born July 23, 1932, and is survived by: his wife of 66 years, Patricia; daughters, Paula Loftin and husband David; Cathy Miller and her husband Richard; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A memorial service and visitation was held Feb. 26, at 2 p.m., at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home, 1947 E. Seminole St., Springfield. A private burial will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
