Thomas Leon Smith, age 76, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, passed away at 5:10 a.m. on Sunday, November 17, 2019, at the Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. He was born January 25, 1943, in El Dorado Springs, Missouri, the son of Howard Leon and Helen Alta (Eagles) Smith.
